Toni Braxton gave her fans (me included) quite scare over the weekend, when she was admitted into the hospital, for the second time this month due to complications with lupus. Just a week earlier, she admitted for several days reportedly, and ultimately released and began her ‘Hits Tour.’
On Saturday, Oct. 15-she was admitted again and had to cancel her Cleveland show scheduled for that night. Well on Sunday, the singer took to social media to confirm she was being released from the hospital. She also took the time to thank her fans and also assure them that the Cleveland date would be rescheduled. Get into her post below.
“Hey guys, thanks for all of your well wishes and understanding. I am out of the hospital, and en route to CHICAGO! I can not wait to see you all TONIGHT at the Arie Crown Theater!! #TheHitsTour ❤️” she captioned the candid shot of her leaving the hospital.
She also confirmed that her Sunday night show, was still slated to happen.
