The 2020 Soul Train Awards are upon us, and many of our R&B faves have taken the lead and snagged some major nods across the board after the official nominees were announced on Wednesday.

H.E.R. leads the pack this year with a massive eight nominations, her most so far.

She is followed by Chris Brown with seven nods; Beyoncé and Young Thug with six each; Chloe X Halle, Summer Walker, and Usher with five each; YG with four; while Brandy and PJ Morton round it out with three nods each.

The 2020 Soul Train Awards presented by BET, which will air Sunday, Nov. 29. Tisha Campbell and Tichina Arnold, will return as co-hosts for the show for the third year in a row.

The show will simulcast on BET, BET Her, VH1 and MTV2 at 8 p.m. ET. A one-hour pre-show will air at 7 p.m. ET. The main show will be followed by the broadcast television debut of DJ Cassidy’s virtual series Pass the Mic.
