Over the weekend, R&B crooner, August Alsina took to social media to accuse fellow performer, Tory Lanez of attacking him as he was leaving a show in Chicago.
The two acts are part of the Fall Back in Love Comedy & Music Jam created and hosted by comedian, Rip Micheals.
Alsina took to social media to share a photo of himself with a bloodied mouth while describing the incident and revealing that Tory punched him simply because he would not speak.

Tory took to his IG stories following the allegations and claimed that he was in the studio at the time of the alleged incident.
“I don’t know what everybody talking about …. But I’ve been in the studio,” he wrote in an Instagram Story. “I’m not in anything negative … Ive been working on my self …. And being a better person.”
August confirmed that members of Tory’s crew took footage of the incident so there would be proof. As he stated, footage has now leaked as of Monday showing what led up to the altercation and the moments after.

No word on whether August will be pressing charges but Rip Michaels also confirmed the altercation and has removed Tory from the tour.
