2020 was a rough year for Tamar Braxton, but the singer/reality star is capping off 2021 and going into 2022 with some amazing news and exciting ventures on the horizon and she’s not looking back.
The DMV native took to Instagram days ago to reveal that she just closed a deal on her first real estate investment project, a plot of land of indeterminate size located around Atlanta. She further revealed that she will develop the land into a multi-million-dollar gated community, that will feature some top-of-the-line luxury amenities.
Today I closed on my first real estate investment project in atlanta. It’s a 10 million dollar subdivision project and I’m super excited about it. It’s a small upscale private gated community that will have a nature walking trail, fishing pond, basketball court, pool etc. The homes will start in the low one million and are located 15 mins from Buckhead.
That’s not all, the singer revealed that in addition to the Atlanta project, she has also invested in some property in the Baltimore, MD area that will feature affordable housing units for her hometown residents.
Even though this is my first project I will be working on more real estate deals … one will include affordable housing in my hometown of Baltimore, Maryland. #comingsoon
If that wasn’t enough, Tamar revealed that she also has new music, a new book, new candles, and new tv projects also coming. This announcement comes just weeks after she teased that ‘Braxton Family Values‘ is set to return on a new network during a recent live show.
