Following the ranks of Janet Jackson, Michael Jackson, Prince, Madonna, Beyonce and other icons, Bruno Mars has been announced as the official headliner for the 2014 Superbowl XLVIII Halftime Show. Mars will take the stage on Feb 2 live from Metlife Stadium in New Jersey. Though to many, not a likely choice the ‘Locked Out of Heaven’ singer has solidified himself as a force in the urban pop market. His most recent album ‘Unorthodox Jukebox’ reached number one on Billboard Hot 100 and received major critical acclaim, and his ‘Moonshine Jungle Tour’ has been hailed by critics and has sold out stadiums in a majority of his markets. Mars will definitely have all eyes on him as the pressure is on to deliver a show that can stand in comparison to those that have proceeded him. Hopefully he can step up to the plate.
Do you think Bruno was the best choice?

They definitely should have gotten someone else..like Gaga, hell even Katy Perry would do
