It’s been a busy week for Eva Marcille and now the model/actress is responding to some online chatter regarding her health and appearance.
Days ago the ‘All The Queens Men’ star shared a series of snaps to her Instagram showing her enjoying herself at an undisclosed location and event. While the model looked stunning rocking her black and white ensemble, it was her appearance that had fans in an uproar.
Social media users immediately began expressing concern over her slim look which some even went as far as calling “emaciated,” and many calling for the actress to put on some more weight.
“Why does she look sick?” She’s “Losing too much weight,” and “Something is definitely wrong” were just a few of the comments that riddled her page.

The harsh critique was so intense it prompted the former ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star to disable her comments entirely on that post.
While many commenters were bashing her looks, there were many who took to Eva’s defense reminding people that she is in the middle of a divorce, and some even likened it to the criticism that Chadwick Boseman received before it was revealed that he was battling cancer.
“Please remember Chadwick [Boseman], and watch what you say. Showing love is easier than spewing negativity 
.” a user commented.
Eva also took back to IG to share a cryptic post in response to the negative commentary which read: “My mom once said, ‘Everyone in your life will have a last day with you and you don’t even know when it will be.’ Literally felt that.” She captioned the post with a simple message “Be Kind.”

In the midst of all the chatter, it was also announced that Eva had finalized her divorce from her husband, Michael Sterling.
RadarOnline.com has obtained the settlement agreement signed on August 3. As we previously reported, Eva filed for divorce from Michael on March 29.
The date of marriage was listed as October 7, 2018. She said the marriage was “irretrievably broken” without any hope for a reconciliation.
The couple shares three minor children; Michael Sterling Jr., Maverick Sterling, and Marley Sterling. Eva had Marley with her ex-Kevin McCall.
Per the deal, both parties waived their right to alimony or spousal support. In addition, Eva did not ask Michael to pay her child support. Records show the two both pull in over $30k per month in income.
“The parties agree that each has ample income and assets to support the Children in their respective homes. Accordingly, the parties agree that neither shall pay direct child support to the other.”
The two worked out a private custody arrangement. Both were awarded their own respective bank and retirement accounts.
In regard to property, Eva was awarded her $1 million home in Georgia which she purchased by herself in 2019.
The reality star was awarded all the furniture in the home. The settlement noted that Michael had moved out of the home and “removed any personal property’ inside.
Eva agreed to turn over any cars in Michael’s name and he will do the same. The parties covered their own legal fees, according to the deal.
In her initial petition, Eva demanded primary custody of their kids and child support. Michael claimed he was going to win back his wife but that dream was quickly killed.
