Jagged Edge Talks Reconnecting With Jermaine Dupri, Beefing with Sisqo, Financial Issues, Fighting Within The Group & More [Video]

Jagged Edge is back and the R&B crooners stopped by ‘The Breakfast Club’ this week to chat about their upcoming album ‘JE Heartbreak 2’ which is the sequel to their highly successful 2000 album ‘JE Heartbreak’. During the visit the fellas were joined by Jermaine Dupri who talked about leaving JE and all his So So Def artists when he decided to leave Sony Records (who housed So So Def) to pursue other label options.

The group revealed that although they didn’t have any resentment toward JD they did feel a certain way about his decision however they understood it.

They also discussed rumors that their finances were bad, stating that they things aren’t as fruitful as they were during their ‘Where The Party At’ days, but no one is hurting for money. They did reveal that they went from owning acres of land and massive houses to downgrading to more affordable lifestyles.

The guys touched on the current state of R&B and declining record sales, fighting within the group and even revealed a beef they had with fellow singer Sisqo, which no one ever knew about they even tell exactly what happened. Peep the full interview and their new single ‘Hope’ below.
