Late Thursday night, Janet Jackson teased a quick slew of promo stops for Friday to promote the 2024 leg of her ‘Together Again Tour’; one of those stops was ‘On Air with Ryan Seacrest.‘
Fans instantly began speculating whether her promo stops would include an announcement of new music, and the hopes and wishes of her adoring fans have come true.
Seacrest quizzed the Pop Queen on the status of new music, and previously announced album ‘Black Diamond’ which was set to arrive before the pandemic. During her chat, Jan confirmed new music is indeed on the way, and teased more about the tour.
“It was meant to come out, but then there was the pandemic. Then were a couple of things I had to straighten out in my backyard. And now, since we’re past all that, we’re going about putting out new music. For sure.”
