Candiace Dillard Bassett has been making headlines and breaking the internet back to back for the past two weeks, and now there’s more news on the way.
The singer-reality star kicked off the frenzy with the surprising announcement of her departure from ‘The Real Housewives of Potomac‘ at the end of season 8, and the exciting pregnancy reveal that arrived just this week.
Now, sources close to the ‘Drive Back’ singer have exclusively revealed to Jojo Crews that Candiace and her husband, Chris Bassett have secured an RHOP spin-off focusing on their pregnancy journey.
Sources have told Jojo Crews, that Candiace has been tight-lipped and a little distant from her usual inner circle during this time.
The source also says that due to her recent elusiveness, they suspect the deal is done and filming has or is about to begin.
The news has not been confirmed by the Bassett’s or Bravo, and our source confirms that production is also elusive and very tight-lipped on the matter and any info surrounding the show when quizzed about it.
However, we hear that the deal is done and fans can expect to see the show follow her life post-RHOP as she begins her pregnancy journey, and as she and Chris prepare to welcome their new bundle of joy.
Candiace also recently sat down with Marissa Mitchell of FOX 5 DC for her ‘Motivation With Marissa’ podcast and discussed her IVF/pregnancy journey.
During the sit-down, Candiace discusses her IVF process, and struggles, and says she wishes she would have known about IVF sooner. She teased that she plans to talk about it on a “bigger platform” to share knowledge about it with other women.
