After endless negotiations with ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘ producers which ultimately ended in her being let go from the show, Kenya Moore has reportedly landed a new gig that will focus on her pregnancy and journey to motherhood.
She took to Instagram over the weekend to reveal that she was on the set of a new project she is working on that fans will see on their TV screens soon.
“I’m up early because I’m going to actually film something today…it’s an exciting project. Obviously, I can’t tell you what it is, but it’s nice to be up working.”
“I really appreciate all of you guys. [You] have been so amazing to me during my pregnancy and I’ve been getting lots of really cool gifts from Team Twirl … It just makes my heart feel so great to know that people are actually so excited for Baby Daly and look out for me.”
Details surrounding the project are not clear but according to the not so reliable MTO News, it is being reported that the show will air on E!
An insider at the network told us that Kenya and her husband Marc are getting a “baby show” on the Kardashian network.
The insider explained, “Kenya and Marc signed on for a two part ‘special’. If the ratings are good – they’ll get a full season.”
And there’s more good news for Kenya. We’re told that E! plans on paying her A LOT for the special. The insider continued, “She’s probably going to make as much for the two part special, as she would have made for a full season of Housewives.”
The outlet had also previously reported that WEtv was one of the networks looking to secure Kenya but that has not been confirmed. Fans will have to just wait and see once an official announcement is made!
