Mike Sterling is not going out without a fight!
After his wife, Eva Marcille filed for divorce this week and news broke yesterday, now the lawyer is reacting and says he is not giving up on his marriage just yet.
Mike issued a statement to The Jasmine Brand on the divorce and says he is working to win Eva back:
I am not going to lose my wife. I am going to fight for her with every fiber in my being. I love her and I plan to show her how much I love her and that our love is strong enough to get to the other side.
As we told you yesterday, the divorce petition that Eva filed on March 23 in the Superior Court of Fulton County in Georgia listed the status of the marriage as “irretrievably broken” with “no prospects for a reconciliation.”
The couple has been married since 2018 and shares two sons together, Michael Todd Sterling Jr. and Maverick. Marcille also shares a daughter with her ex, rapper Kevin McCall, named Marley Rae.
Eva also requested
Eva is also seeking legal and primary custody of their children and child support as well as support with “care and maintenance” and medical costs.
No word from Eva publicly yet. Mike took to his IG on Wednesday to share a snap of their three children together.
