Ariana Grande sent music lovers into a frenzy days ago with the release of her new single ‘the boy is mine’ and its cinematic visual which featured a cameo by Brandy and Monica.
Earlier this week, she excited fans even more with the announcement that the R&B vets would be appearing on the official remix of the single arriving this weekend.
As promised, on Friday (June 21), Ariana dropped the new single and lyric video for the song.
She also released a behind-the-scenes clip of Brandy and Monica reminiscing on their historic ‘The Boy Is Mine’ single and the 26th anniversary of it going No. 1 on Billboard.
Brandy and Monica also took to their socials to celebrate Ariana, themselves, and the release of the single.
