Erykah Badu is back, after teasing a new single during the Soul Train Awards dress rehearsals (which she is hosting) in Las Vegas last week, the soul singer has followed through and unveiled “Phone Down“.
Erykah premiered “Phone Down” on Apple Music and her Soundcloud account late Monday night (Nov 9) and posted a message: “This one’s for Aubrey.”
The track is off Erykah’s forthcoming mixtape “But You Cain’t Use My Phone“, which is due out Thanksgiving weekend. A video for the track is also forthcoming, get into the song below.
