As promised, Beyoncé has released the official music video for her new inspirational song ‘Spirit‘ from the forthcoming ‘The Lion King: The Gift,’ an album of original music inspired by the live action reboot.
The album is set for release on the same day as the film on this Thursday (July 18) but is not to be confused with The Lion King’s official soundtrack, which also features Bey and was released last week. Beyoncé, who voices Nala in the film, also executive produced the ‘Gift’ album and appears on nine of its 14 songs.
The visual for ‘Spirit’ comes just days after the songs debut and features clips from the film as well as some amazingly stunning shots of Bey in the dessert looking quite regal. Get into it below.
