R&B crooner Omarion and his brother O’Ryan have been embracing their mental health, energy, and well being with their weekly Instagram series ‘Soul Sunday‘ where the two connect with fans while they meditate, exercise, and listen to good relaxing tunes.

Yesterday was the 50th celebration of #earthday🌎 Me & my tribe thanked mother earth by doing some meditation in the backyard. 🧘🏾‍♂️✨.
