It’s finally here! After years of chatter and a previous teaser which dropped last year, the official trailer for the upcoming ‘Fresh Prince of Bel-Air‘ reboot simply titled ‘Bel-Air’ is here!
The classic comedy has been transformed into a drama with all new cast to bring our fave characters to life when the show premieres on Peacock.
Executive-produced by original ‘Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ star Will Smith, this dramatic reimagining of the hit sitcom premieres Feb. 13 (Super Bowl Sunday), and fans anxious to see what the new series is bringing will receive the first three episodes at the same time. Subsequent new episodes will debut weekly.
There are some notable changes outside of the tone of the show including Uncle Phil and his physical appearance as he’s rocking a much slimmer figure. Fans will also see changes in “house manager” Geoffrey and the “preppy” cousin, Carlton who has gained a lot more swag this go-round.
Other characters, including Aunt Viv, Ashley, and Hilary, will also return and will have similar feels to their original characters.
