After almost 15 years of fans waiting tirelessly for a new album, Missy Elliott is finally ready to deliver a fresh body of work to fans.
Just days ahead of her highly anticipated and long overdue acceptance of the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the MTV VMAs on Monday (Aug. 26) and the opening of the Museum of Missy, Dr. Elliott has announced a new project that is set to arrive tonight.
The legendary performer has been teasing her new project for some time now, sharing snippets and small tidbits of what was to come–and alas, fans will now receive ‘Iconology.’
