Taraji P. Henson is joining the Facebook Watch family alongside Jada Pinkett-Smith’s ‘Red Table Talk’ with a brand new series titled ‘Peace of Mind with Taraji.’

The series is set to focus on the mental health of the black community and tackling issues surrounding it as well as depression. The series will begin airing weekly starting Monday, December 14th, 9 am PT/12 pm ET.

Taraji who has always been an advocate for mental health awareness will be joined by best friend and co-host Tracie Jade and other friends such as Mary J. Blige, Tamar Braxton, Gabrielle Union, Jay Pharoah, and more who will join her and open up about their own experiences with mental health.

According to the press release, the show will “shine a spotlight on the challenging mental health issues facing us today – particularly of those in the Black community…”

“Through personal interviews with both celebrities, experts, and everyday people, the series will show how to provide support, bring awareness, and help eliminate the stigmas of mental health issues.”
