Watch: Cassie Announces Return To Music with New Single “Makeup” During VMA’s Red Carpet

It’s been three years since Cassie dropped her ‘RockaByeBaby’ mixtape, and now the singer has announced her return to music with a new single “Makeup.”

The announcement came on Sunday night (Aug 28) on the MTV Video Music Award red carpet. She revealed the news to E! News.

“I did a lot of records with Detail,” she explained. “We have a single coming up called ‘Makeup,’ which I think the ladies are gonna love…coming soon.” Get into the announcement below.
