Bravo’s ‘Married To Medicine‘ just wrapped it’s seventh season a few weeks ago, and it looks like despite maintaining its awesome rating streak, the network is looking to do its first-ever cast shakeup.
The surprising revelation came via Dr. Heavenly Kimes herself, who revealed the news during her YouTube Aftershow a couple of weeks ago.
During the show, Heavenly sat down with Funky Dineva and dished on her friendship with Quad Webb, and the possibility of Quad and Mariah Huq finally reconciling after years of beef.
On the cast changes, she revealed that she’s heard rumblings that cast changes are coming for season 8, although it’s not quite clear who exactly will return or who will be getting a pink slip.
Shortly after Heavenly revealed the news, reports began circulating suggesting that Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, newbie Buffie Purselle, and cast OG, Dr. Jackie Walters will not be returning.
Heavenly took to Twitter to deny those rumors.

She also revealed that she isn’t sure exactly when season 8 will begin filming.

While it’s not clear who is staying or going, it looks like fans may be interested in a past cast member returning.
Lisa Nicole Cloud, who was a main cast member for seasons 2-4, took to Twitter during the season 7 airings to throw in some shade to her former co-stars, specifically the ones she had beef with during her time on the show.
Lisa tweeted from her official business account on Twitter to throw shots at Quad.
