FOX is stepping up their programming for their upcoming season with their new series Shots Fired. During their upfronts presentation on Monday, May 16 they unveiled the trailer for their new racially charged drama starring Sanaa Lathan, Mack Wilds, Helen Hunt and more.
According to the network, the limited series will explore the dangerous aftermath of a racially-motivated police shooting in which a black cop kills a white teen. Sanaa will play an expert investigator who digs into the case. The series is set to debut in 2017, get into the trailer now.
