Wendy Williams has been dominating media for over two decades, in radio, print, and television. The radio pioneer now in her sixth season of her no. 1 rated talk show ‘The Wendy Williams Show’ was given a major surprise on April Fools Day, one that was certainly no joke.
For seasons, Wendy has joked that due to her lighthearted and messy nature, although fans love to watch, she would probably never get her a coveted Daytime Emmy for her show. Yes despite dominating in ratings and coming in at the number one spot over all her daytime competitors (The View, Ellen, The Real, The Talk, Kelly & Michael, etc.) she has yet to snag a nomination for the Emmy’s…until now.
Today the ‘Hot Topics’ pusher revealed the big news on her show as her staff and audience cheered her on in excitement. Not only that she was nominated for the two BIG categories, “Outstanding Talk Show (Entertainment)” and “Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Host”. Check out the
