This weekend music titan Beyonce is set to receive the ‘Michael Jackson Video Vanguard’ Award at Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards. The honor marks a definitive moment in her almost two decade career. Last year Justin Timberlake was presented with the same honor at the show and in celebration, delivered a 15 minute show stopping set complete with a medley of his biggest hits solo and with N’Sync. The highlight of the show was the reunion of he and his N’Sync mates during his performance.

The moment was talked about for weeks and has gone down in pop culture history. Now with Queen Bey set to take the stage on Sunday, one can only expect that her set will be fit for a Queen! Yes, Bey has more than enough hits to make her set a showstopper as usual, but one can only hope that there will be some surprises.

Many have speculated and hoped that such surprise would come in the form of a full Destiny’s Child reunion on stage. Sure we’ve seen Bey, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams kill it multiple times including last winters Superbowl, but what if past members Letoya Luckett and Latavia Roberson returned for a full out mega DC smash up! Or if not for the performance but just to introduce their girl…Can you imagine the epicness!

We’re not the only ones feeling nostalgic as this week Letoya shared an old photo of DC in honor of Throwback Thursday

It’s not that far fetched to believe this could happen, since their rocky past, the ladies have made amends and talked openly about reconciling.  Letoya has even been seen out with Michelle on a number of occasions together. So what’s stopping this from happening?

It has been confirmed that both Kelly and Michelle will be in attendance at Sunday’s show based on seating charts that were just released, so fans just might get what they have been asking for for years. What are your thoughts, would you be down for the full Destiny’s Child reunion!?
