As ‘Black Panther‘ continues to dominate box office and edges closer to the billion dollar mark, the sales total continues to rise and more records are being broken.

After bringing in an estimated $65.7 million at 4,084 domestic locations for it’s third weekend out, the film has just landed in the top 10 list of the top grossing films of all time.

After closing out its third weekend at the No. 1 spot, proving to be a formidable match against Red Sparrow , starring Jennifer Lawrence and the Bruce Willis-lead Death Wish remake, Marvel’s Black Panther dragged in $65.7 million—the third highest-grossing third weekend of all time behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens at $90.2 million and Avatar at $68.5 million. The movie, starring Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, and Lupita N’Yongo, has officially become the 10th highest-grossing film of all time in the United States.

Now counting upward of $501.1 million in North America alone, the movie now sits just behind Beauty and The Beast at $504 million and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, which has $532.1 million according to Variety, and the publication predicts that the film could very well surpass those titles in the coming weeks.

In addition, the film, directed by Ryan Coogler, has now cemented its spot as Marvel’s second-highest grossing film domestically, falling in behind The Avengers, which has $623.4 million attached to its namesake while moving past the $459 million-grossing Avengers: Age of Ultron after this weekend’s showing.

Overseas, the film is still putting numbers on the board, moving closer toward the $1 billion mark, cashing out to the tune of $56.2 million this weekend in foreign markets, hitting a total of $396.6 million internationally and $897.7 million altogether. Soon enough, it will become the fifth Marvel film to move past the $900 million mark on a global scale. In conjunction, the film’s soundtrack, executive produced by Kendrick Lamar and TDE family, spent two weeks at eh No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 200 charts before being bumped to No. 2 by Bon Jovi’s This House Is Not For Sale.
