As we continue to wait for the return of Janet Jackson, one of the iconic performers biggest fans (no not me) paid homage to her this week in honor of her birthday which is tomorrow (May 16). R&B starlet Tinashe sat down with Complex to discuss her love for the woman who inspired her to perform and all the things she loves about her.
“I remember my parents played a lot of Janet Jackson’s videos in the house,” she told Complex in the interview that was published Friday (May 15). “Those are my first memories of learning choreography for a music video.”
