Once it was announced last week that Tamar Braxton and Kandi Burruss would both be joining the ‘Celebrity Big Brother‘ house for its second season which kicked off Monday night; we knew their past beef would eventually come to light on the show.
As expected, it did! Monday nights show kicked off with the ladies giving each other dry hi’s as they greeted each other entering the house with the other 10 celebrities. As a peace offering, Tamar chose Kandi as her partner for the first group challenge in the house. Their partnership was very awkward to watch to say the least as they barely engaged with one another and ultimately lost the challenge.
In some freshly release footage, both ladies open up in confessionals about their lack of friendships, and their reported beef.

As you recall, Tamar invited TS Madison and Khia to the NYE show during ‘The Great Xscape Tour‘ back in 2017 to appear on stage with her, but her plan was foiled when the group had TS and Khia booted from backstage.
The issues stemmed from Khia and TS frequently dishing on various ladies on the tour during their then joint internet show ‘The Queens Supreme Court.’ More specifically Toya Wright, who although not a part of the tour; became a regular topic of discussion on the show and not in a good way.
Although Toya was not part of the tour lineup, she was friends with most of the ladies on the bill including Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris, Kandi and Monica. The ongoing beef between Tamar, Toya, Monica, and all the ATL ladies played out on social media and in interviews.
It will be interesting to see how Kandi and Tamar move forward in the house together.
