Phaedra Parks is pulling double duty right now starring in season 10 of ‘Married To Medicine‘ on Bravo, and also as a cast member in season 2 of ‘Traitors‘ on Peacock.
However, fans have continued to call for her return to ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ which for years seemed impossible due to ongoing tension with former friend/co-star, Kandi Burruss.
Kandi had been vocal over the years that if Phaedra was brought back to the show, she would depart as she has no intention of hashing out old issues or reconciling with Phaedra.
Following the current ongoing discussion regarding a season 16 cast shakeup and possible reboot, Kandi decided to get ahead of possible casting changes and announced her exit from the show just last week at the 2024 Grammys.
Well, just days later it was reported that Porsha Williams is officially on board to return to RHOA for season 16 alongside Kenya Moore to anchor a potential new cast of ladies. While Andy Cohen has yet to confirm the news but teased that an announcement is forthcoming, now there’s more news that will have fans in a frenzy.
While promoting her current run on ‘Traitors,’ Phaedra interviewed with GQ this week and revealed that there are now talks for her to officially return to RHOA as well.
If they were to reboot Real Housewives of Atlanta, who would you want on it? Would you go?
Phaedra: That’s the discussion that’s on the table right now. Obviously what has to happen is something to rejuvenate the cast. We saw with New York, people are loving that. And we’ve seen it with Miami going on haitus and coming back. I think Atlanta has the chance to rebuild the stellar reputation it had when I was a part of it. Because it was the Titanic and it sunk. Pull them back up. Never say never. There’s been some discussions about me returning. We’ll see.
