It looks like the over 10 year friction between Wendy Williams and former protege Charlamagne Tha GOD has finally come to an end in the wake of the daytime diva announcing that she is divorcing husband Kevin Hunter after over 20 years of marriage.
If you follow the history of Wendy and Charlamagne, the two fell out after Wendy’s radio show ended and it’s never been quite clear what exactly happened, but Charlamagne has made it very clear in various interviews that the fall out was due to Kevin. He even revealed that he was the one who introduced Kevin to the woman who would ultimately become his mistress/now baby mother.
Meanwhile, Wendy has been quizzed in interviews about their fallout but has refused to acknowledge him and acted as if she didn’t even know him.
Well on Wednesday’s edition of ‘Hot Topics’ Wendy made a surprising announcement that Charlamagne has reached out to her on Tuesday to extend an olive branch. Get into it below.
Wendy has been rallying tons of support online and on social media from fans and peers alike who have all been rooting for her for years with the reported rumors of infidelity and alleged abuse in her marriage.
Most specifically since the announcement of the love child Kevin had with his mistress while Wendy has been vocal about struggling to maintain her sobriety and on going battles with drug addiction. Kudos to Wendy.
‘The Breakfast Club‘ made sure to roast Kevin this week as well on their show and Charlamagne took a jab at Kevin on Instagram.
